Simple 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge!

Got a sweet tooth? Enjoy the quick fix of a batch of Simple 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge! I found this recipe from Spend with Pennies and with Valentine’s Day around the corner, I just had to give it a try. It only takes two ingredients and about 10 minutes of your time. I like the elegant look of just the fudge, but I know the kids would love to decorate these with red candy hearts or sprinkles!

Wow someone with a beautiful batch of pink fudge! With just two ingredients, this is a simple recipe that you can jazz up with candy hearts, sprinkles, or other fun topping!
  • 1 16oz strawberry frosting
  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate candy melt
  • Sprinkles or heart shaped decorations (optional)
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Melt the white chocolate candy melt in the microwave (according to package directions). Stir at intervals while melting. Immediately stir in the frosting until well combined. Spread into the prepared pan and refrigeratefor about half an hour, until set. Cut into squares or use a shaped cookie cutter just for fun. If you'd like thicker or thinner pieces of fudge, simply change your pan size.
